The apartments advertised on this site are rented with short-term rental contracts (regulated by art. 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2017 – Italian Regulation), with the support of local agencies.
These are pure “private host” rentals since they limit themselves to regulating the terms relating only to the temporary enjoyment of the property and not also the supply of accessory or complementary services for which there is an express prohibition by law.
The apartments are registered with the municipality to which they belong, which has assigned the CIR, as required by regional legislation, for short-term rentals.
The owners of the apartments do not carry out an organized professional economic activity for the purpose of producing or exchanging goods and services and do not carry out business activities.
The apartments are not located in Cervinia, but in Maen.
